The one-year change for North Vancouver April 2022 residential sales was less for all property types; down -47.5% for detached homes, -39.6% for condos and -24.6% for townhomes. One-month change for all property types was down too; -18% for detached homes, -22.2% for condos and -12.1%.
This April total active listings for all property types was down from same month last year; detached homes -19.5%, condos -24.2% and townhomes -57.9%. The one-month change (April 2022 versus March 2022) varied for property types; detached homes up +18.5%, condos up +12.3% and townhomes -18.4%.
At this time, all NV property types April 2022 SAR, Sales-To-Active Listing Ratio still holds in seller’s market territory.
