Sales for December 2020 were up by 25 units compared to December 2019. The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 66 homes compared to November 2020. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up 8% compared to December 2019. The North Vancouver median price decreased by $60,000 from November 2020 to December 2020 ($1,785,000 to $1,725,000).
