West Vancouver sales-to-active listings ratio (SAR) for January 2020 was 8.5% for detached homes, 12.1% for condo’s and 18.2% for townhomes. In contrast, North Vancouver was 58.3% for detached homes, 40.2% for condo’s and 52.9% for townhomes.
