West Vancouver strata listings remain stubbornly low in the early part of 2022 in contrast to detached homes. January and February apartment inventory was down -65.3% and -60.2% from the same month in 2021, townhomes -70.8% and -36.4% and detached homes down -12.7% and -1.2%.

Both WV detached homes and apartment monthly inventory for the first couple months of this year has been well below the 10-year monthly inventory average, 495 and 101 respectively.
