West Vancouver March active property listing numbers were not much different from the month before however detached properties were down -8.6%, condos -50.5% and townhomes -42.1% from same month last year. Property sales too were down this March compared to March 2021. Detached properties down -35.7%, condos down -71% and townhomes down -11.1%.
The only thing not trending down but rather edging up over the course of the year is the House Price Index for all West Vancouver property types. One-year change shows detached properties up +8.9% and condos up +4%.
