West Vancouver (WV) 2024 apartment sales accounted for 31% of WV’s residential property sales in contrast to 49% in North Vancouver. Of the 641 WV 2024 residential property sales, detached homes accounted for 62%, apartments 31% and townhomes 7%. WV 2024 year-end residential sale totals were similar to 2023; 641 versus 633 respectively.
Both West Vancouver and North Vancouver apartment prices experienced substantial gains in 2006 and 2007, 2016 and 2017 in contrast to the past couple of years having modest gains.
