District of West Vancouver snow removal requirements says ‘after a snowfall, keep the sidewalk in front of your property clear of ice and snow. Property owners must clear the sidewalks around their homes or businesses of snow and ice within 24 hours. See the Traffic and Parking Bylaw for details.
North Vancouver District snow removal preparedness says ‘District residents are responsible for clearing the sidewalks bordering their property by 10am’.
City of North Vancouver says ‘snow clearing responsibilities of resident and business: clear snow or ice from sidewalks and footpaths bordering your property within 24 hours after snow has stopped falling or ice has formed (Bylaw 6234 – part 814)’.
