The West Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 55 homes compared to October 2020. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 6% compared to November 2019. The West Vancouver median price stayed the same from October 2020 to November 2020 ($2,800,000 to $2,800,000).
In North Vancouver, there were 94 sales in the month of November. The sales to new listings ratio was 91% which represents a strong seller’s market. For November 2020, the sales to total active listings percentage was 48%, an increase from 29% in November 2019. Sales for November 2020 were up by 16 units compared to November 2019.
The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 54 homes compared to October 2020. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up 9% compared to November 2019. The North Vancouver median price increased by $30,000 from October 2020 to November 2020 ($1,755,000 to $1,785,000).
