North Vancouver apartment sales reached new historic records the past two months! Apartment sales reached 207 for the month of April. That’s 360% increase from the 45 sales in April 2020. April 2021 sales were 137% above the 10-year monthly sales average, and the highest monthly apartment sales ever recorded for North Vancouver.
Experts are saying the heightened real estate activity is due to a combination of factors such as signs of economic recovery, high demand for living space, increased household savings and historically low interest rates.
