In North Vancouver, there were 120 sales in the month of June. The sales to new listings ratio was 65% which represents a seller’s market. For June 2021, the sales to total active listings percentage was 48%, an increase from 27% in June 2020. Sales for June 2021 were up by 36 units compared to June 2020.
The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 21 homes compared to May 2021. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 18% compared to June 2020. The North Vancouver median price increased by $50,000 from May 2021 to June 2021 ($1,875,000 to $1,925,000).
