In North Vancouver, there were 72 sales in the month of July. The sales to new listings ratio was 83% which represents a strong seller’s market. For July 2021, the sales to total active listings percentage was 36%, an increase from 34% in July 2020. Sales for July 2021 were down by 29 units compared to July 2020.
The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 48 homes compared to June 2021. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 15% compared to July 2020. The North Vancouver median price decreased by $65,000 from June 2021 to July 2021 ($1,925,000 to $1,860,000).
