In North Vancouver, there were 80 sales in the month of September. The sales to new listings ratio was 55% which represents a seller’s market. For September 2021, the sales to total active listings percentage was 43%, a decrease from 48% in September 2020. Sales for September 2021 were down by 53 units compared to September 2020.
The North Vancouver listing inventory has increased by 27 homes compared to August 2021. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 16% compared to September 2020. The North Vancouver median price increased by $295,000 from August 2021 to September 2021 ($1,850,000 to $2,145,000).
