The West Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 33 homes compared to September 2021. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 19% compared to October 2020. The West Vancouver median price decreased by $248,000 from September 2021 to October 2021 ($2,848,000 to $2,600,000).
In North Vancouver, there were 94 sales in the month of October. The sales to new listings ratio was 100% which represents a very strong seller’s market. For October 2021, the sales to total active listings percentage was 66%, an increase from 51% in October 2020. Sales for October 2021 were down by 34 units compared to October 2020.
The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 43 homes compared to September 2021. The average price year-to-date (YTD) is up by 17% compared to October 2020. The North Vancouver median price increased by $25,000 from September 2021 to October 2021 ($2,145,000 to $2,170,000).
