Our board stats shows house sale activity was down -21.3% from the same month last year and many of the 37 January house sales took place in the following neighborhoods:
- 5 – Edgemont
- 4 – Canyon Heights
- 4 – Dollarton
- 4 – Lynn Valley
- 4 – Upper Londale
NV condominium January sale numbers was down -6.5% from January 2021; 86 versus 92. Popular condo selling neighborhoods included:
- 19 – Central Lonsdale
- 19 – Lower Lonsdale
- 17 – Lynnmour
- 9 – Lynn Valley
- 8 – Pemberton Heights
Townhome January sales one year change was down -55.6%; 16 versus 36 with sales happening in the following neighborhoods:
- 5 – Central Lonsdale
- 3 – Lower Lonsdale
- 3 – Lynnmour
- 2 – Indian Arm
- 1- Mosquito Creek
