Beginning September 12th, Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver historical home sale prices will be displayed on REALTOR.ca for listings actively listed for sale on the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®).
It’s important to note that the previous sale price will only appear if the sale occurred at least one year before the homes most recent MLS® listing date.

In BC, real estate boards in Chilliwack, Northern BC and across the Okanagan and the Interior region already provide historical home sale prices in their active listings on REALTOR.ca.
Check out how the information will appear on a listing’s page on REALTOR.ca, just under the property details, in a section labeled ‘Price History’. You can see it framed in the screenshot below.
