Did you know you that Realtor.ca and Realtylink.org have added sold data features on their websites recently for a property listed on MLS®. The sold data of an active listing helps you see the historical sale history of the listing, if available. How to access the sold data is a bit different for each website. Check it out!

click on the ‘Statistics’ icon,
scroll down the page to the ‘Price and Sale History’.
