This represents a buyer’s market based on MOI. In December there was 15 months of inventory. The sales to new listings percentage was 12%, which represents a buyer’s market.
In North Vancouver, there was 4.4 months of inventory. This represents a balanced market based on MOI. In December there was 3.9 months of inventory. The sales to new listings percentage was 32%, which represents a buyer’s market.
