The North Vancouver listing inventory has decreased by 2 homes compared to December 2020. The average price year-to-date (YTD) was marginally lower compared to January 2020. The North Vancouver median price increased by $63,000 from December 2020 to January 2021 ($1,725,000 to $1,788,000).
