West Vancouver total active listing numbers for all property types was up this April from the month before; +10.9% for detached homes, +44.4% for condo’s and +18.2% for townhomes. However one-year change was down for all property types, -10.1%, -22.6% and -50% for detached homes, condos and townhomes respectively.
WV April residential sale numbers was dramatically less for all property types compared to same month last year and pretty much down for most property types from March 2022 numbers too.
West Vancouver April 2022 Sales-To-Active Listings Ratio was 13.2% for detached homes, 20% for condos and 15.2% for townhomes representing ‘balanced market’ territory.
