190 North Vancouver residential property sales were recorded by the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in October 2022, a decrease of -25% from October 2021. The MLS® residential property House Price Index (HPI) was $1,330,800, +2% increase from $1,305,200 recorded in same month last year.
October residential property new listing levels were up +18% compared to October 2021, 342 versus 290 and down a bit from the month before, 342 versus 398.
North Vancouver’s residential property October sales-to-active-listing ratio was at 31%, up from September’s 19% and down from October 2021’s 54%.
Residential properties include detached homes, condos and townhomes.
