West Vancouver October stats recently released by our real estate board showed residential property sales decreased -47% from same month last year and up +14% from the month before.
The October residential property House Price Index increased +2% from same month last year and up a bit from the month before, +1%. The total number of active property listings end of October this year was similar to October 2021 and down from the month before; 570, 568 and 609 respectively.
Residential properties includes detached homes, apartments and townhomes.
