Our real estate board reports that a total of 128 North Vancouver residential property sales were recorded by the Multiple Listing Service® (MLS®) in September 2022, a decrease of -44% from September 2021. The MLS® residential property House Price Index (HPI) was $1,320,400, +1.5% increase from $1,301, 200 recorded in same month last year.
September residential property new listing levels were a bit below September 2021, 398 versus 419. The sales-to-active-listing ratio was at 20% compared to 2021 September’s 42%.
Many September residential property types sale numbers have soften and active listing numbers up compared to previous months, earlier this year and last year.
